The Painting

This painting was donated to the Priory in 2009. It was painted on September 4th 1786 by P.S. This could be Paul Sandby a founder member of the Royal Academy and a noted landscape painter ( 1731 - 1809). It was kindly brought to our attention by an art collector who felt it should belong to the Priory Church in Bridlington
